To complete the mortgage prequalification application below, you and/or your co-applicant must be at least 18 years of age and/or have the legal capacity to become contractually liable. We will order a credit report and review your credit history for you and/or your co-applicant. Any prequalification applications submitted with an applicant and co-applicant who is unable to become contractually liable will be void and a denial letter will be issued. A mortgage prequalification application is not a mortgage application, but is used to determine an estimated loan amount for which you may qualify based on information you provide. A separate mortgage application is required to obtain a mortgage loan.This prequalification application will expire 90 days from submission.

Upon your request, you will be informed whether or not a consumer credit report was requested, and if so, the name and address of the agency that furnished the report.
